Estimates

I assess each case personally and if I decide to represent you, an estimate will be drawn up and sent to you for your approval before any work begins on your case. Once an estimate is given, I will do my best to stay within those figures and will inform you and ask your permission before engaging in any activities that may exceed my estimate.

New Clients

I welcome the opportunity to assist you with your legal needs. However, in an ongoing effort to provide my clients with the best possible service and legal representation, I will not agree to take on any new cases or clients that may negatively affect any relationship I have with my current clients or prevent me from being able to spend the time necessary to achieve successful results.

Referrals

As an attorney practicing general law, I can assist you in a wide variety of legal matters. However, there may be times when your specific legal needs fall outside the areas of law typically undertaken by my practice. In cases like these, I will be happy to refer you to another attorney (one I absolutely trust, that has the skill set, experience, and track record to provide you with the specific legal services you need).
