Q: Do you charge for consultations?
A: In most cases, I do not charge for the first consultation.

Q: Will I have control over my legal affairs?
A: Yes, I am mindful that I work for you.

Q: How do I make an appointment?
A: Call my office or send me an email.

Q: Do you have after hours and weekend appointments?
A: Yes, I make every attempt to accommodate my clients’ schedules.

Q: Will I work directly with you or your paralegal?
A: You will always work directly with me, unless you and I agree otherwise.

Q: Do you make house calls?
A: Yes, some of my clients (due to physical ailments or logistical conflicts) are not able to meet in my office. Therefore, I go to them.

Q: What is your policy on returning phone calls?
A: It is my policy to return every phone call within one business day.

Q: What type of client do you usually represent?
A: I represent a wide range of individual clients. I have also represented multi-million dollar corporations, as well as nationwide franchises.

Q: Do you require clients to sign a fee/retainer agreement?
A: This is case-specific, but generally yes.

Q: Will you keep me informed of any developments in my case?
A: Yes, I am respectful of my clients’ need to be kept up-to-date.

Q: Should I call if the legal service I need is not on your list?
A: Yes, in the event that I am not able to provide you with legal representation, I will try and find you another attorney that I know and trust is competent to handle your matter.
